Like I mentioned above, the gym environment can feel intimidating and overstimulation. Not at Train Seattle, a gym exclusively for personal training! No overcrowding, comparison, or guess work. In facility training gives you the option to train with Everwell, even if you don’t have space at home.

Hi, I am Brooke! It is so nice to meet you. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with a Senior Fitness Specialization from American Council on Exercise (ACE). I have extensive experience helping individuals build (or rebuild) strength, endurance, balance, and overall quality of life. I especially love working with people who find movement intimidating or overwhelming - it’s more common than you think, and with the right support, it can become something you genuinely enjoy.

My goal is to help you age with strength and confidence, all in the comfort of your own home. I offer a free first session so you can make sure we’re a great fit - no strings attached.
